His foundation is engineering — he has designed, built, and maintained software systems across corporate, consulting, and customer-facing environments, and brings both strategic perspective and hands-on technical depth to every engagement.
At Pearson Education, John played a key role in elevating technology operations across enterprise support teams — strengthening system reliability, improving application performance, enhancing reporting processes, and supporting mission-critical platforms used at scale.
